A little about me

I’m a Principal Product Designer with nearly 20 years of experience—part creative, part systems thinker, always hands-on. I’ve designed everything from high-conversion fintech flows to global campaigns for brands like Honda, Virgin, and 20th Century Fox.

Early on, I cut my teeth in London advertising agencies, blending visual design with interaction, motion—and even a fair bit of code. (Flash, anyone?) That grounding in both craft and logic still shapes how I work today: thoughtful design, scalable systems, and a relentless focus on detail.

These days, I’m in Dubai working at Careem - the region’s biggest super app. I started by redesigning fintech products (boosting conversion rates by up to 50%), and now I lead the design direction across the whole platform—working with brand, engineering, and leadership to raise the bar on quality, consistency, and experience.

I care about doing things properly. Clear processes, beautiful interfaces, and design that earns trust. I lead by example, stay close to the work, and love helping teams create with clarity and intention.
